Requirements For Retreat Participants:

1. Have personal pursuits to benefit from the retreat with intended outcomes

2. Review and agree with the Cocooning Culture below

3. Enjoy engaging in social gatherings

4. Open to exchanging ideas and information, while being respectful of differences and privacy

5. Able to electronically “Unplug” from the outside world during the retreat with limited check-ins

6. Know it is a Smoke-fee site

7. Complete Participant Questionnaire

8. Provide two emergency contacts

9. Agree to the Responsibility and Liability Waiver
